Only papers completing review, registration, presentation, final formatting, and production checks are eligible for inclusion.
Submission to a digital library is subject to the publisher’s scope, quality, file-compliance, and production requirements.
Indexing decisions are made by independent indexing services and should be described using verified, current wording.
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Misrepresented or improperly attributed material may be rejected.
At least one author must register and present the paper. Author-list changes after submission require approval from the organizers.
Authors must follow review, similarity, AI-use, conflict-of-interest, privacy, registration, presentation, and author-list requirements.
Initial manuscripts must remove author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, and identifying details.
Submissions are screened using similarity-detection tools. Papers exceeding the stated threshold or containing improperly attributed material may be rejected.
Authors remain responsible for the manuscript and must disclose relevant AI use and conflicts of interest according to conference policy.
Personal data used in the research must be collected, processed, and reported according to applicable privacy and ethical requirements.
At least one author must register and present. Non-presented papers may be excluded, and the author list may not be changed without approval.
Final accepted papers must complete the announced PDF validation before upload.
